Projects

A project represents a single brand or site you would like to monitor. Everything Pineprompt collects and computes lives inside a project: its prompts, its monitors, its brands, its tags, and every response and metric derived from them.

Projects and organizations

Projects belong to an organization, which is the billing entity and the parent of your team members. The number of projects you may create is determined by your organization's plan. Typically, you should create one project per brand or site, since a project has exactly one own brand and every metric is computed relative to it.

What a project owns

Each project holds a small set of resources that the rest of the documentation covers in detail.

Monitors: A monitor binds your prompts to one or more AI platforms in a chosen country and language, and runs them daily. See monitors.
Prompts: The questions Pineprompt asks the platforms on your behalf. See prompts.
Brands: Your own brand and the competitors you track. Brand matching drives visibility, share of voice, sentiment, and position. See brands.
Tags: Labels you attach to prompts so you may slice your analytics by theme. See tags.
Responses and sources: The answers each platform returned, together with every URL those answers cited. See responses and sources.

Setting up a project

When you create a project, Pineprompt walks you through a short onboarding flow: you name the project, identify your own brand, add the competitors you would like to track, and configure your first monitor with an initial set of prompts. Data collection begins once onboarding is complete, so a half-finished project does not consume responses from your monthly quota.

Of course, nothing you enter during onboarding is fixed. You may add prompts, brands, monitors, and tags at any time from the project's settings.

Deleting a project

Deleting a project removes its monitors, prompts, brands, tags, responses, and all derived analytics. This is not reversible, so you should be certain before you delete. If you would only like to pause data collection, you may deactivate the project's monitors instead and keep the history intact.
