Sentiment Score

A measure of whether AI answers describe your brand positively, neutrally, or negatively.

In one sentence

Sentiment score measures whether AI-generated answers describe your brand positively, neutrally, or negatively, usually by classifying the language used about it in each answer.

What it means

A mention is not always good news. An answer can name you as an option and then list drawbacks, or recommend a competitor as better. Sentiment separates those cases from plain visibility.

Scores are model-based judgments, so they are approximate. Read them as trends and as pointers to answers worth reading, not as precise values. The most useful output is often the reason: which claim about you keeps recurring.

What to do about it

Open the answers with negative or mixed sentiment and find the source of the claim. If it is outdated, fix it on your site and, where possible, at the third-party source. If it is accurate, treat it as product or messaging feedback.

Track sentiment by platform. The same brand can be described warmly by one assistant and cautiously by another, usually because they draw on different sources.
